Reports can be made for consortium users, as well as being made by the consortium for members or by members for themselves. If the consortium creates and shares a report with multiple members on it (i.e. a subscription report), members will only be able to see information relevant to their own institution.
Cost avoidance: If this report is run for consortium, it will show what the consortium has saved per agreement. If shared or run by members, it will show what the member has saved per subscription.
