A few examples set up to test on your staging site

Scenario 1:

Part A) The vendor has sent back the "request price" file with pricing filed out and it's ready to be uploaded for your members.

Part B) Your consortium charges a 5% admin fee on all members per product they buy.

Scenario 2:

Part A) The vendor has informed you that this year's sales price will be a blanket 5% increase from last year's price. Alternately, the vendor has informed you that this year's sales price will be 20% off the list price of $5,000 per library.

Part B) The vendor also charges a $100 one-time maintenance fee for new subscribers.

Scenario 3:

Part A) You have a group of 5 subscribers who evenly split the total price of $25,000 for a resource.

Part B) The vendor decided to extend a credit after some access issues cause the gorup subscription to get off to a slow start. Each participating library should have a one-time credit of $1,500 for that resource.
